Terms of Service Equio
Terms of Service for the Equio mobile application.

1 - About the application and publisher
The Equio mobile application (the "App") is published by Marie Dadomo, Sole Trader (Entrepreneur individuel), SIRET 894 716 158 00023, 1 rue de la Roseraie, 49110 Beaupréau-en-Mauges, France. Contact: contact@equio.fr.
The App is available on Apple's App Store and on Google Play Store. In the event of a conflict between these terms and those of the distribution platform, the platform rules apply where they offer greater protection to the user.
2 - Minimum age and access
The App is intended for users aged 16 or over, or 13 with parental consent depending on local legislation. The App offers limited guest access via anonymous authentication.
3 - Plans and features

4 - Subscriptions and payments
Pro subscriptions are managed exclusively through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellation, renewal management and refund requests must be made directly from the user's App Store or Google Play account.
5 - Price changes
The Publisher may change Pro subscription prices to reflect infrastructure, AI analysis, tax or feature changes. Existing subscribers will be informed at least 30 days before the next renewal date.
6 - User account and responsibilities
The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and agrees not to share the account, misuse the App, circumvent quotas or submit unlawful content.
7 - Account deletion
Users can delete their account from the App settings. Deletion results in the permanent loss of history, profiles and associated data within a maximum of 30 days, except data subject to legal retention obligations.
8 - Limitation of liability and veterinary disclaimer
Equio is a decision-support tool for horse owners and equine professionals. AI analyses do not replace professional veterinary advice, may be incomplete or incorrect and are provided for informational purposes only.
In case of doubt, serious symptoms or emergency, contact a veterinarian immediately.
9 - Intellectual property
The App, its content and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of Marie Dadomo or her licensors. The user retains ownership of photos and content submitted to the App and grants a limited licence solely to provide the service.
10 - Personal data and privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
11 - Changes
The Publisher may modify these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect.
12 - Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. EU consumers may use the European Commission ODR platform and, in France, the CM2C mediator.
Apple users: these terms constitute the End User Licence Agreement referenced in the App Store. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
